Earlier than you think, and earlier is often cheaper. A lighting season is only about sixty working days once weather takes its share, so the good dates go in the order people ask for them, and we would rather turn work away late in the season than install badly in a hurry. Booking well ahead of the season sometimes opens up off-peak install dates and pricing — ask us what is open, whatever month you are reading this in.
You do, from the first season. Some companies lease them to you so that leaving costs you the whole display; we would rather you stayed because we did the job well. Storage is included regardless.
Report it from your phone and you will already know where you stand, because the answer was settled when you signed. What is covered, how quickly we can realistically reach you, and what happens if it falls outside your plan are in your agreement — and they differ by plan, by warranty terms, and by where you sit on the route in the middle of December.
Because annual re-bidding costs a board more than it saves. The crew that installed last year already knows where the power is, which tree is fragile, and what the board complained about. Fixed multi-year pricing keeps that knowledge and removes the autumn scramble.
Yes, in the agreement, with the same credit clause our homeowners get. Late removal is the most common reason a community changes vendors, so we would rather be held to it.
Send us your address and what you have in mind through the estimate form. We answer every request within 24 hours — if we miss that, we credit you $50. Most designs are quoted from satellite imagery and photos; larger or unusual properties get a site visit first.
Earlier is better — the calendar fills from early autumn. Book with us and your display is lit by Thanksgiving or the install is free, and taken down by January 31st or the takedown is free.
All of it: design, installation, service for the whole season, takedown, and storage of the lights until next year. You are not left with boxes in the garage or a ladder in December.
Yes, and it is worth planning both at once even if you only buy one now — we size the transformer and route the conduit for what you might add, which is far cheaper than trenching a mature garden twice.
The fixtures are rated for it and we set them back from where snow gets pushed. We also mark the runs, so that whoever clears your drive in February is not guessing.
This is the question everyone actually asks, so here is the honest answer: the track is visible if you stand under the eave and look up. From the street, at any normal angle, it reads as trim. The day/night toggle on our homepage is the same house — flip it and judge for yourself rather than taking our word for it.
A fair question, and the reason we answer it plainly: in this industry the labour warranty is usually administered by whichever local dealer sold you the job, so when that dealer closes the homeowner is left with parts coverage and nobody obliged to fit them. Ours is backed by the company, recorded against your property in your customer portal, and does not depend on which crew shows up.
Genuinely, yes — and for some houses that is the right call. The honest trade is mounting and lifespan: consumer kits are adhesive-mounted and generally rated for a few years, where this is mechanically fastened and rated for fifteen-plus. On a single-story ranch with easy access, DIY is defensible. On a two-story with steep pitches in a snow climate, the ladder is the part we would not want you doing.
It depends on the property — roof line, storeys, access and how much of the house you want lit — so we quote each one rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most homes. The quote is fixed before any work starts, and it covers the whole season.
We attach with clips, never nails, and we stand behind it: if we damage anything, we pay $500 on the spot. Our crews are trained on the fastening method for each roof and gutter type they work on.
It is one install that stays up and disappears into the architecture: warm white every night, colour for the holidays, your team colours on game day. One install, every holiday, every game day, every night after — no seasonal put-up and take-down at all.
Yes. The same crew handles year-round exterior care — gutters, washing, winterizing, snow and ice. One company that already knows your property, all year.
Nothing is stapled, screwed, or nailed through your shingles. The track fastens to the fascia. We put the damage guarantee in writing because freeze-thaw punishes shortcuts and you should not have to take our word for the method.
Yes — commercial, HOA and municipal displays are a service line of their own, alongside landscape, path and uplighting. Tell us the scope in the estimate form and we will come back with a plan.
