Draft policy
lib/content/legal.ts) before launch.What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the work you ask us to do. If you create an account on our website, we also store your login details and your activity in your member area (events you register for, orders you place).
Like most websites, we receive basic technical information automatically when you visit — your browser type, device, and pages viewed — which we use to keep the site working well.
How we use it
We use your information to provide our services: responding to enquiries, scheduling and fulfilling work, sending quotes and invoices, and keeping you informed about events or services you signed up for.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business (for example payment processing and email delivery), and only as needed to serve you.
Sharing at events
If you attend one of our events and choose to share your contact details with a vendor or partner at that event, that sharing happens with your consent — the vendor receives your details for their own follow-up and becomes responsible for them under their own policy.
Cookies, analytics and where you are
We do not show a cookie banner, because we do not use cookies or tracking that would need one. What our website measures depends on where you are visiting from. In the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Quebec, and anywhere we cannot tell, we do not measure your visit and do not store anything on your device beyond what is needed for the site to work (such as keeping you signed in).
Elsewhere, including most of the United States, we count visits with our own tools in a way that stores nothing on your device and cannot follow you from one day to the next. We may remember which link or campaign brought you here so we can credit it.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information or use it for targeted advertising, wherever you are.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the link in any message or by contacting us directly.
