Up before the first snow. Down on the date we scheduled.
One price covers all four parts, because the last two are where everyone else disappears.
Visualization — not a photograph of a completed job.
Halloween in October, Diwali, Hanukkah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, New Year — whichever of them you keep, the job is the same one. Design, installation, service through the whole season, takedown, and storage, quoted as a single number. We do not price the takedown separately, because a takedown that is a separate line item is a takedown that is easy to skip, and skipping it is the single most common complaint in this trade.
Priced for your property
Every home is priced from its own design — peaks, stories, how far around you go, and when in the season you book. Repeat years cost less, because the design work is already done and your runs are labelled in our store room.
Earlier than you think, and earlier is often cheaper. A lighting season is only about sixty working days once weather takes its share, so the good dates go in the order people ask for them, and we would rather turn work away late in the season than install badly in a hurry. Booking well ahead of the season sometimes opens up off-peak install dates and pricing — ask us what is open, whatever month you are reading this in.
You do, from the first season. Some companies lease them to you so that leaving costs you the whole display; we would rather you stayed because we did the job well. Storage is included regardless.
Report it from your phone and you will already know where you stand, because the answer was settled when you signed. What is covered, how quickly we can realistically reach you, and what happens if it falls outside your plan are in your agreement — and they differ by plan, by warranty terms, and by where you sit on the route in the middle of December.
The takedown schedule, the in-season service, the mounting method, the warranty, and how your price gets built are five written commitments, not sales language.
