Installed once. Yours for twenty years.
Permanent architectural lighting
The ladder comes out one time, and then never again.
Visualization — not a photograph of a completed job.
A slim track is mounted under the eave and colour-matched to your fascia, with individually addressable LEDs inside it. From the street in daylight you are looking at a roofline. After dark it is warm white, or your team colours, or whichever nights you actually celebrate — from your phone, on a schedule you set once and forget.
Priced for your property
Every install is priced from a measured design of your own roofline — the length, the stories, the peaks, and how much of the elevation you want lit. Show us what you are considering and we will build the number with you.
What the price includes
- A measured design of your actual roofline, not a template
- Track colour-matched to your fascia and tucked under the eave
- Commercial-grade addressable LEDs, sealed for a freeze-thaw winter
- App control with scheduling, sunset sync, and preset holidays
- Written parts-and-labour warranty on the same term
- HOA submission pack prepared for you if your community needs one
The questions people actually ask
Will it look tacky in July?
This is the question everyone actually asks, so here is the honest answer: the track is visible if you stand under the eave and look up. From the street, at any normal angle, it reads as trim. The day/night toggle on our homepage is the same house — flip it and judge for yourself rather than taking our word for it.
What happens to my warranty if you go out of business?
A fair question, and the reason we answer it plainly: in this industry the labour warranty is usually administered by whichever local dealer sold you the job, so when that dealer closes the homeowner is left with parts coverage and nobody obliged to fit them. Ours is backed by the company, recorded against your property in your customer portal, and does not depend on which crew shows up.
Could I just install a kit myself?
Genuinely, yes — and for some houses that is the right call. The honest trade is mounting and lifespan: consumer kits are adhesive-mounted and generally rated for a few years, where this is mechanically fastened and rated for fifteen-plus. On a single-story ranch with easy access, DIY is defensible. On a two-story with steep pitches in a snow climate, the ladder is the part we would not want you doing.
Does it hurt my roof?
Nothing is stapled, screwed, or nailed through your shingles. The track fastens to the fascia. We put the damage guarantee in writing because freeze-thaw punishes shortcuts and you should not have to take our word for the method.
Everything here is backed in writing
The takedown schedule, the in-season service, the mounting method, the warranty, and how your price gets built are five written commitments, not sales language.
